We don’t do refunds on digital items since it is impossible for us to get back our files from you once you have downloaded them. If there is a problem with the item please contact support and we will try to resolve the issue best as possible.

If your item is a physical item and it has customization we only refund 50% of your money due to the fact that we can’t resell that item.
